Ethanol is blended with gasoline to improve the efficiency of the combustion process, and reduce polluting emissions. Typically, the blend is 10% ethanol and 90% gasoline. The application resides on an easy-to-use, compact Agilent Technologies 6850 gas chromatograph, configured with:
- a temperature programmable inlet (TPI)
